Farmers’ Electric offers our members the flexibility and convenience that busy schedules demand. The new FEC Member Portal has been designed with better security, a better graphical interface, and you can now choose the option of “Quick Pay”, which allows you to pay your bill quickly and easily in just a few steps. By using our secure online Member Portal, you have the opportunity to do all of the following from any computer with internet access:

  • Log into your account - use your User ID or full Account Number (The full number listed on your bill - including the last 3 digits - 12345678###) to log in to your account

  • Change your account information - After you first log in, it will ask you to update your contact information, so please update if needed (Changes you make will be sent to us and we will update this information during normal business hours)

  • Pay by card - with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express

  • Pay by e-check - with no payment limit

  • View your current bill

  • View your bill history

  • To use Quick Pay - make sure to have your full account number ready (The full number listed on your bill - including the last 3 digits - 12345678###) and the last 4 digits of your phone number
