Farmers’ Electric offers our members the flexibility and convenience that busy schedules demand. The new FECNM SmartHub Portal has been designed with better security, a better graphical interface, and new features that will make life easier for everybody. By using our secure online FECNM SmartHub Portal, you have the opportunity to do all of the following from any computer or mobile device with internet access:
Log into your account - use your User ID or full Account Number (The full number listed on your bill - including the last 3 digits - 12345678###) to log in to your account
Change your account information - After you first log in, it will ask you to update your contact information, so please update if needed (Changes you make will be sent to us and we will update this information during normal business hours)
Pay by card - with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express
Pay by e-check - with no payment limit
View your current bill
View your bill history
